We use the following trusted third-party services to operate the Site and our services. Each provider processes your personal information only to the extent necessary to perform its specific role, and is bound by its own privacy obligations.

6. International data transfers

Some of our service providers are located outside the Republic of South Africa, including in the United States. When your personal information is transferred outside South Africa, we take reasonable steps to ensure such transfers comply with POPIA Section 72, including reliance on the contractual terms with these providers and their published commitments to data protection.

7. Data retention
